Fitness Pilates uses the same original teachings, principles and exercises of Joseph Pilates, delivered in a modern, functional way either online or in group exercise classes. 
It addresses basic postural and muscular imbalances, improves back and core strength, enhances mobility and flexibility and is great for relaxing and for your emotional wellbeing.
Fitness Pilates is designed to strengthen weaker areas of the body and is suitable for all levels of fitness. It is not a rehab class and is unsuitable for those with diagnosed muscular-skeletal issues that require one to one clinical application.
