Jonika Fitness is anything but your average ‘online’ fitness platform!  It’s actually the closest thing you will ever get to having your own personal PT and I wouldn’t be without them!   With 24/7 access to their classes online it means you are able to train in your own home (or holiday/garden/gym etc)! And Monika, John & Jen will be there to put you through your paces, whenever and wherever you want show up. 


With their super slick and professional set up they are able to offer something that many can’t and although we all know there are many online fitness platforms out there, how many of the instructors know you by name, know your capabilities and know how to push and support you to help you achieve your goals? This is why they are unique and why I take them everywhere with me!  Like many, life is really busy and making gym classes can be a struggle when you don’t have the flexibility, but being a Jonika VIP member always guarantees you can get your training done at a time that suits you.  


Not only can you choose whether you would like to join in on an actual live class, either on Facebook, Zoom or face to face, you can also access so many of the previous classes that get stored in the online ‘guides’ for you to access when you want or revisit a particular session that you liked.   There’s so much to choose from and favourites of mine are kettlebells, body max activation bands and fitness Pilates.  Monika & John are the dream team and really make you feel one of the Jonika family and Jen’s friendliness and vigour always ensures a great class.  Their enthusiasm and energy is infectious and their teaching style is easy to follow and implement.  I’ve learnt so much, especially from Momika’s specialised ‘Lift Lean’ programmes, she is so knowledgeable and relatable. 


 I’ve made changes to my lifestyle that will last forever now thanks to them all.  I’ve been lucky enough to join them in the studio and garden to join in with the live sessions.  Everyone in the group is so friendly and encouraging and Monika creates events for us all to meet outside the studio so we can meet in ‘real life’, a memorable experience for me was joining in with the Summer Solstice walk this year which was just beautiful.


To top everything off the monthly payments are very reasonable and extremely competitive – you certainly get a lot for your money that’s for sure.  My alarm is set so I can join in with the early 30min energiser class in the morning and then I’ve booked onto bootcamp with them on Friday!  It’s amazing and I can’t recommend (or thank) them enough and I will be a member for life, I’m sure!

“A friend took me along to my first live class before we were all locked down in 2020.  Lockdown did not deter Jonika Fitness and within days they were able to offer on-line classes via Facebook.  I’m not a big social media fan but even I could work out how to join in the live and recorded classes.  All the sessions are varied, professional, have great visual and sound/music and most of all they are fun; which keeps us all coming back for more.    Jonika Fitness also run boot-camps and wonderful group walks which gives members a chance to meet in person.  Jonika Fitness are now part of my working week (and weekend).


I have been a member for over 2 years, of Jonika fitness. I first started doing online classes, through lockdown, 3-5 classes a week. I enjoyed the variety and felt I was part of the class, even though it was online. The broadcasting live was fab, and they also did live Zoom classes which made you more motivated and part of a group.

It definitely got me through lockdown and the motivation and support from Jonika is fantastic. If you’re having a bad day, I find John and Monika get you motivated for that class, even if you’re not feeling it. They put a smile on your face.”

I’ll be forever grateful for your classes. I was introduced via Mary and only on the Friday at Aston Clinton before we went into lockdown on the Monday. Mary said something along the lines of “wait till you meet these guys, they’re crazy and so energetic – you’ll love them” and I did!

I used to go to live kettlebell classes before Covid struck, only once a week maybe twice, then we were all told to stay at home. No more live kettlebell classes…panic struck…what will I do…my fitness levels will slowly disintegrate along with my wellbeing…Then Monika and her team through sheer hard work and determination made sure we would not feel alone and we could carry on with our fitness. 


 So began the live online classes.

I cannot tell you how much the online classes are so beneficial to me.  As I work from home mostly, I really enjoy taking half hour to nip on to a live class on a Monday & Tuesday morning. If I cannot attend the live online class, I will always catch up later at my own convenience at home.  


Before online classes I was always in a hurry to beat the traffic in order to get to a class, now I don’t need to worry because if I miss a class …. hey presto it’s there in the catch-up videos….


Along with the amazing varied timetable that gets published weekly (handy for planning your week too) there are pop up boot camp sessions in our local park, which I rarely miss as I absolutely love outdoor training and pairing up with other members (of which hand on heart, have become good friends)

I also really enjoy the monthly walks through our beautiful countryside catching up with other members and just taking in the surroundings at a leisurely pace, we always have lots of laughs and giggles …… What life should be about.


Each instructor knows each and every member personally and makes every effort to ensure the training we are doing is right for us even though its online, they have a unique understanding of our own personal goals and needs and are very knowledgeable in their field of health and fitness.  Every now and then Monika will give a live podcast about healthy lifestyles covering all different topics from Nutrition to Mental Health. I have found these talks very educational and has taught me a thing or two.


To summarise, I have found a fitness family that I am eternally grateful for, for once Covid has done us a favour, without Covid we would never have had these online sessions available.
